The start of the school year is an important time for ALL school leaders, especially those moving to a new location.
A newly elected President in the United States has 100 days to have a positive impact, gain momentum and traction, and so do new principals!
During the first 100 days (or first semester), people form a lasting impression of school leaders. If you are in that position your priority in the first semester is to build some positive momentum and traction, this is best achieved through some ‘early wins’. But which ones? Working out which are the key areas to focus on and avoiding ‘relationship limiting’ sins is the basis of my ebook – “First Semester Can Make Or Break You”.
If you are moving to a new location (or know someone) who is, let us know the details and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of the ebook with our compliments.
